It is also $60 for all management companies. This includes scheduling with your tenant, service trip, diagnostic, estimate, invoicing, etc. The fee will be waived with a completed repair by The Appliance Gurus.

The trip fee is an extra $40 for any additional appliances.

For large appliances that require two technicians such as stacked washer & dryer or double oven (microwave combo), the trip fee is added for the second tech.

Is it worth repairing my old appliance?

Most older appliances are more reliable due to better build quality than newer ones. Repairs of newer appliances are usually more expensive because the parts cost more. Considering that the cost of a newer appliance is considerably higher than a repair, it’s often better to fix the older one. Upon inspection of your appliance, our experienced appliance repair technicians will advise you on whether you should have us repair your appliance or to buy a new one.

Do you carry parts in stock?

Yes, 60% - 70% of our trips result in a completed repair of the appliance within the first visit. Our technicians carry everyday, common parts that break often. In the event your appliance requires a part(s) that need to be ordered, we can obtain them within 1-10 business days.
