Do The Appliance Gurus provide a warranty?
AYes. We provide a 90-day warranty for all labor performed. The labor warranty guarantees all functionality listed within the “goods and services provided” section of our invoice. Materials and parts warranty depend on the manufacturer and nature of the problem. Most manufactures have a 90-day warranty as well, but some of them a 30-day warranty.

How much does the service cost?
ATrip fees are $60. This service fee is waived upon repair completion by The Appliance Gurus. This policy includes residential, commercial and high end appliances. It is also $60 for all management companies. This includes scheduling with your tenant, service trip, diagnostic, estimate, invoicing, etc. The fee will be waived with a completed repair by The Appliance Gurus.

The trip fee is an extra $40 for any additional appliances.

For large appliances that require two technicians such as stacked Washer & Dryer or Double Oven (Microwave Combo), the trip fee is additional for the second tech.

Is it worth repairing my old appliance?
AMost older appliances are more reliable due to better build quality than newer ones. Repairs of newer appliances are usually more expensive because the parts cost more. Considering that the cost of a newer appliance is considerably higher than a repair, it’s often better to fix the older one. Upon inspection of your appliance, our experienced appliance repair technicians will advise you on whether you should have us repair your appliance or to buy a new one.

Do you carry parts in stock?
AYes, 60%-70% of our trips result in a completed repair of the appliance within the first visit. Our technicians carry everyday, common parts that break often. In the event your appliance requires a part(s) that need to be ordered, we can obtain them within 1-10 business days.

Do you sell appliances or parts?
ANo, we do not sell parts or appliances. We repair all major appliances like refrigerators, ovens, stoves, ranges, washers, dryers, etc. We will replace any necessary components with new and factory original parts. We only use parts supplied to us by our qualified suppliers.

Do you offer coupons or promotions for repairs?
AYes, but you have to mention any coupons/promotions when calling, otherwise it will not be applied. Our coupons and promotions vary based on quantity and your area. Please call us to find out about any limitations.
